Key Responsibilities:
This role is structured around four key pillars of performance:
Full-Cycle Sales & Revenue Generation- Identify and qualify high-potential leads within our target industries (AI, AR, Aerospace) through meticulous market research and outbound prospecting efforts.6
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, utilizing cold calling, personalized email sequences, and strategic social media engagement (primarily LinkedIn) to generate new sales opportunities.6
- Conduct compelling discovery calls and presentations to clearly articulate the value proposition of our marketing services to prospective clients.2
- Develop and present tailored proposals and contracts that address specific client needs and business objectives.3
- Lead negotiations and close new business to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.2
- Manage the entire sales process with precision and professionalism, from initial contact to successful deal closure and client handoff.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the US market and establish a strong client base.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Identify, cultivate, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, technology providers, and other relevant entities to create new revenue channels and enhance our market presence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective US clients, building rapport and trust through highly professional and engaging virtual interactions.
- Master virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) to deliver seamless and impressive presentations and demonstrations.
- Always utilize video during client calls to foster personal connection, read body language, and build stronger relationships.
- Conduct thorough pre-call research on prospects and their companies to tailor conversations and demonstrate genuine interest and expertise.
- Lead conversations, not pitches. Focus on asking insightful questions, actively listening to client challenges, and facilitating collaborative discussions rather than delivering monologues.
- Send timely and detailed recap emails after every meeting to summarize key discussion points, clarify next steps, and maintain momentum in the sales process.
- Maintain a consistently accurate, clean, and up-to-date sales pipeline within our HubSpot CRM system.
- Diligently track all sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal progression in HubSpot to ensure full visibility and data integrity.
- Prepare and deliver regular, data-driven reports on sales performance, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts to company leadership.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, with a strong preference for experience in the SaaS, technology, or marketing agency sectors.
- Proven and verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue quotas.2Exceptional, fluent command of both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- You must be comfortable and confident leading complex business negotiations with native English-speaking C-suite executives in the US.
- Demonstrated expertise in virtual selling, with the ability to build rapport, command a room, and close deals entirely through video conferencing.
- Deep proficiency with CRM software is essential; expert-level experience with HubSpot Sales Hub is highly required.
- Strong working knowledge of the modern sales technology stack, including lead intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Cognism) and AI productivity assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).15Proficiency in MS Office, Google G Suite, and all major video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
