About the Role
We are looking for a Semi-Senior Sales Account Executive (B2B Sales) to take ownership of the sales process, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue.
This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on prospecting, closing, and account growth.
Prior sales experience is required. While logistics experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.
Training & Ramp-Up- First 3 months: Dispatcher role (operations training, carriers, lanes, freight flow).
- After ramp-up: Transition into full Sales / Account Executive (Problem Solver) role.
- Prospect new clients and generate business opportunities (B2B sales)
- Build and manage client relationships
- Negotiate rates with clients and carriers
- Manage accounts and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with operations team
- Advanced / bilingual English (Must) — you will work with U.S. clients
- 1–3 years of sales experience
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Hunter mindset (prospecting + closing)
- Results-driven and competitive
- Comfortable with high-volume calls and client interaction
- Proactive and independent
