About the Company

In this role, you will join a team of experienced professionals responsible for developing and maintaining a variety of platforms and solutions using multiple technologies.

• Sales Forecasting
• Compile sales forecasts by working closely with account managers to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
• Revenue Assurance
• Validate the consistency between invoicing and existing or pending purchase orders.
• Generate monthly billing progress reports.
• Track purchase orders, ensure accurate invoicing, and manage renewals where applicable (new POs, PO modifications, service activations/deactivations).
• Vendor Onboarding
• Oversee the process and gather required documentation for Stechs’ onboarding as a vendor.
• Sales Process Support
• Track client accounts and sales lifecycle: proposals, agreements, and purchase orders.
• Help design and maintain information flows within Stechs’ CRM.
• Expand and standardize Part Numbers to ensure accurate billing and sales forecasting.
• Process Optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes related to billing and sales tracking.
• KPI Management
• Develop metrics to monitor sales forecast accuracy, billing precision, and timeline compliance.
• CRM Training and Support
• Provide support to account managers in using the CRM to ensure data remains up to date and the tool is fully functional.
• Client Relations
• Actively participate in key client meetings to ensure alignment between commercial and contractual expectations.

Requisitos:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Current student or graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts such as revenue forecasting, margins, and profitability.
• Experience in audit or revenue assurance processes—preferably within tech or telecommunications companies.
