Role Overview:
Join a cutting-edge US agency as a remote Sales & Business Development Contractor. In this role, you will be pivotal to our expansion, responsible for conquering the US market by managing the full sales cycle across both our marketing services and our proprietary AI software solutions.You will identify and prospect leads, build and maintain a robust pipeline in HubSpot, conduct discovery calls with tech leaders, and close deals. We are seeking a motivated professional with at least three years of proven B2B sales success and expert-level proficiency in HubSpot Sales Hub.
As you will engage directly with US clients, advanced English fluency is mandatory.

Reality Systems Solutions:
- RealityChat: Sell our AI-powered conversational sales platform featuring RAG, MEDDIC lead scoring, and CRM integration.
- RealityVox: Present our enterprise voice AI platform that deploys intelligent phone agents for support, sales, and scheduling. You will explain how this platform uses Google Gemini to power natural conversations.
- RealitySearch: Pitch our offline RAG chatbot designed for querying PDF manuals. You will highlight its capability to process both text and technical diagrams. You will emphasize its air-gapped security, zero data leakage, and compliance to defense contractors. You will clearly communicate its predictable pricing model.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Sales & Revenue Generation- Identify and qualify high-potential leads within our target industries (AI, AR, Aerospace, Defense) through market research and outbound prospecting.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to generate new sales opportunities for both marketing retainers and AI system implementations.
- Conduct compelling discovery calls to articulate the value proposition of Reality Marketing's services and Reality Systems' solutions.
- Develop and present tailored proposals that address specific client needs, distinguishing between cloud-based competitors and our fully offline AI hardware solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close new business to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the US market.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities.
- Identify, cultivate, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders and technology providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective US clients, building trust through professional virtual interactions.
- Master virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) to deliver seamless presentations and live prototype demonstrations.
- Conduct thorough pre-call research on prospects and their technical documentation challenges.
- Lead collaborative discussions focused on solving client challenges, such as the time wasted searching through complex PDF manuals.
- Maintain a consistently accurate, clean, and up-to-date sales pipeline within our HubSpot CRM system.
- Diligently track all sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal progression to ensure full visibility.
- Prepare and deliver regular, data-driven reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts to company leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, with a strong preference for SaaS, technology, AI integration, or marketing agency sectors.
- Proven and verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue quotas.
- Exceptional, fluent command of both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Comfortable and confident leading business negotiations with native English-speaking clients in the US.
- Expertise in virtual selling, with the ability to close deals entirely through video conferencing.
- Proficiency with CRM software is essential; expert-level experience with HubSpot Sales Hub is highly required.
- Working knowledge of the modern sales technology stack (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Cognism) and AI productivity assistants (ChatGPT, Claude).
- A highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated individual who can work successfully with minimal direct supervision.
