Graphic Designer

Suessa is seeking a Graphic Designer to join a premier multinational lab, a leader in both human and animal healthcare.

The role will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling design for, digital, web, social, video, print, and event assets for distinct brands and their audiences (patients, doctors, caregivers), as well as internal communication.

• Generate and develop clear ideas, and translate concepts into high-quality final multimedia content across multiple formats for advertising campaigns and digital projects, under tight deadlines.
• Understand client marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audiences to craft effective visual solutions.
• Produce on-brand work within guidelines.
• Work closely and daily with the creative lead and project manager to ensure campaign alignment, that all deliverables and deadlines are met, and that all work is approved by thcreative lead prior to client delivery.
• Present completed ideas to clients/team members.
• Participate in concept development, design, and art direction of advertising, digital, and video projects, assisting the creative lead in establishing visual tone, character, and messages that effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill project objectives.
• Assist in developing presentation decks, brand guidelines, case studies, and other supporting materials.
• Participate actively in brainstorms and collaborative ideation sessions.
• Collaborates with other creative staff to share learning and experience and to establish initiatives that will improve creative product.
• Where appropriate, delegate responsibilities to junior designers and provide clear direction and feedback, always encouraging them to move the needle creatively.
• Contributes to overall team morale, spirit, and work quality.

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably working in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
• Proven highly versatile design skills, with robust design sensibility with a keen eye for color, layout, and typography. Portfolio necessary.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Adaptive learner with a collaborative spirit and initiative-taking critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Art direction experience is a plus.
• AI oriented and related knowledge is a plus.
• An interest in pharmaceutical and/or wellness advertising. Experience in the pharmaceutical space a plus.
