HustlerMarketing is looking for a Graphic Designer.

Hustler Marketing is a world-class email marketing agency. We customize plans of attack for each of our clients to help them double or even triple their email revenue.

What you’ll do:

• Create and develop smart, strategic concepts in design.
• Design marketing materials for HustlerMarketing, including but not limited to: digital creative (blog, social media, and email marketing assets).
• Communicate design ideas verbally and visually to team members and clients.
• Work with the design team on developing and maintaining brand standards, ensuring a high level of quality, and establishing a consistent look and feel across materials.

Are you ready to join our dynamic e-commerce marketing team?

1. At least 6 months of experience working as a graphic designer, ideally in Email Marketing, and for one employer where you can showcase consistent results.
2. Solid understanding of design principles.
3. Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m).
4. Being available and responsive during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri).
5. Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing (doesn’t need to be your native language).
6. Previous remote work experience is a big advantage.
7. Familiarity Slack, Asana, and G-Suite
8. A Results-driven attitude every day.
9. Very high attention to detail.
10. Ability to learn/adapt fast.
11. Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership).
12. A laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection.
