Position Overview
We are seeking a Creative Director to lead and own the full creative vision of Qargo Coffee.
This is a senior leadership role, not a production role.
You will be responsible for defining, executing, and protecting how the brand is experienced across all channels — including physical stores, digital platforms, campaigns, packaging, and the overall customer journey.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and the ability to build scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Strategy- Develop and maintain a cohesive, scalable brand identity system
- Ensure consistency across all locations, platforms, and campaigns
- Continuously elevate brand perception and customer experience
- Lead creative direction across:
- - Marketing campaigns
- Store launches
- Product rollouts
- Seasonal initiatives
- Define visual language and storytelling across all channels
- Concept and direct high-impact campaigns across:
- - Social media
- Paid media
- In-store assets
- Digital platforms
- Ensure all content reflects a premium brand positioning
- Partner closely with:
- - Marketing (performance & growth)
- Operations (in-store execution)
- Store Managers (local implementation)
- Leadership (strategy & expansion)
- Align creative output with business goals
- Lead creative direction for:
- - Packaging systems
- Menu design
- In-store visual standards
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure cohesive brand environments
- Source and manage creative vendors and production partners
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure quality control across all outputs
- Build and implement systems for:
- - Brand guidelines
- Creative approvals
- Asset management
- Campaign planning
- Improve efficiency and scalability within the creative function
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies across all touchpoints
- Continuously refine and elevate creative standards
- Maintain a strong, recognizable brand across all markets
- 5–10+ years of experience in creative direction, brand leadership, or design leadership
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building and campaign leadership
- Experience with multi-location, retail, or hospitality brands preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience managing vendors and production partners
- Deep understanding of branding, visual systems, and customer experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- A builder, not just a contributor
