• DevelopingandoptimisingPageGroup's Americas websites and mobile experiences accordingtoSEO, usability and accessibility, Typical tasks include;
• Website maintenance including content upload, website configurations and other updates.
• Identifying website defects and improvements and track resolution of these.
• Comprehensive UAT on product releases in cooperation with third-party development resources.
• Provide customer support for technical enquiries via PageGroup's websites.
• Cooperation with the broader marketing team (content,CRM, studio) across a number of key areas:
• Support digital delivery of marketing campaigns.
• Use of Project Management tool, assigning content publishing and other tasks to self and team members.

Perfil buscado

A successful Web Analyst should have:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent project management capabilities
• Experience of website content management systems (CMS), Drupal preferred.
• Experience of Google Analytics or Power BI is essential, and Google Tag Manager is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong level of attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Confident user of digital technologies.
• Fundamental HTML and SEO skills
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
