Recruiting Specialist (Remote)
PFS Global is seeking to hire a remote, US-market-savvy Recruiting Manager. In this role, you will act as the primary recruiting engine for our US-based clients. You will be responsible for finding, vetting, and scheduling American talent while working remotely.
This role requires someone who doesn't just speak English, but understands the nuances of the US professional landscape, work culture, and hiring expectations.
Key Responsibilities- US Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment for various US-based roles (from entry-level to executive).
- Platform Management: Expertly navigate Indeed, Bumeran, Onlinejobs.ph and BambooHR.
- Screening & Vetting: Conduct high-level pre-screening interviews in English, assessing candidates not just for skills, but for alignment with US client culture.
- Full-Cycle Coordination: Manage "the shuffle" scheduling interviews across multiple US Time Zones (EST, CST, MST, PST) and ensuring no candidate falls through the cracks.
- Onboarding Liaison: Coordinate the transition for new hires, including the collection of standard US hiring documentation and setting up orientation schedules.

Qualifications:
- Must type 55 WPM (you will be tested)
- Must have minimum internet speeds of 25/25 mbps (download/upload)
- Team player with excellent communication skills in English
- Full-time availability at 40 hours / week , Mon - Fri (Pacific Standard Time)
- Must be proficient with computers/able to troubleshoot common computer technical issues
- Be organized and detail oriented Display excellent problem-solving skills
