Marketing Manager Coordinator

Qargo Coffee is looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Marketing Manager Coordinator to support marketing efforts across our growing franchise system nationwide.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in the coffee shop, restaurant, QSR, or franchise industry who understands how to turn marketing plans into real store-level execution.

• Coordinate weekly and monthly marketing plans for multiple stores
• Support local store marketing, promotions, grand openings, and events
• Work closely with franchisees, store managers, operations, and leadership
• Help ensure campaigns, materials, and launches are executed on time
• Track performance and support traffic, sales, and customer engagement growth
• Manage vendors, local partnerships, and day-to-day marketing coordination

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in coffee, restaurant, QSR, or franchise brands
• Strong understanding of multi-unit marketing and local store marketing
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and store teams
