We are looking for an HR Advisor to join a global, fast-paced, and people-driven environment. In this role, you will provide direct support to employees, HR teams, and management across a variety of HR-related transactions. As part of a centralized HR function, the HR Advisor will be the first point of contact for general HR inquiries, responsible for maintaining and processing HR data, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.This position reports to the HR Service Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers. Handle a wide range of services including onboarding, offboarding, learning administration, employment verification letters, HR policies and programs, and general process guidance.
- HR Data Management: Enter and maintain employee records in the HR Information System (Workday), including organizational, personal, compensation, absence/leave data, and document management.
- Onboarding Coordination: Partner with hiring managers and new hires to manage pre-employment processes, offer letters, background checks, Day 1 readiness, I-9 documentation, and check-ins.
- Offboarding Process: Prepare and manage exit documentation, coordinate with vendors and finance, and ensure compliance throughout the process.
- Liaison Role: Serve as a bridge between HR and Payroll to ensure smooth data and process alignment.
- Reporting & Compliance: Generate standard and ad hoc HR reports. Support audit, SOX, security, and legal compliance requirements.
- HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects, testing of system updates, and data mass uploads.
- Employee File Management: Maintain and update employee files in line with legal and internal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT/IS, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or IT, preferably in corporate, multicultural, or regional/global settings.
- Experience in HR Shared Services or customer support environments is a plus.
- Workday experience highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables required).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English (C1 or higher required) and Spanish.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable interacting with employees across different levels and regions.
- Experience working within SAFe and Agile methodologies is a strong advantage.
