About Us

Aura Legal is a licensed crypto exchange and crypto processing company, now expanding its partner network across Latin America. We are looking for a motivated Representative in Argentina to help grow the local market and onboard crypto exchange service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and attract new crypto exchange service providers (individuals and businesses).
Train and support new partners: registration, KYC/AML processes, and referral tool setup.
Monitor team performance and provide sales support.
Represent Aura Legal at local events and in professional communities.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed monthly base salary (to be discussed during the interview).
Personal bonus: 0. 1% of the trading volume generated by your onboarded partners.
Partner earnings: each seller you bring in receives 0. 3% per trade made by their clients via referral links.
No limits: the more active your team, the higher your earnings.

Requirements

Experience in sales, partnership development, or the crypto/financial sector is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Location Argentina (remote work, with potential in-person meetings with partners).
