Growth Marketing Manager
We are hiring a Marketing & Grower Experience Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy, value proposition development, and customer engagement across crops and regions. This is a strategic, external-facing role—responsible for how Beeflow is seen, experienced, and trusted by growers, partners, and the whole agriculture community.
You will lead the creation of a consistent, high-quality customer journey, coordinate agencies and global campaigns, manage CRM and funnel performance, and serve as Beeflow’s spokesperson at events and in the media. The ideal candidate has deep experience in agriculture B2B GTM, understands conservative and hierarchical sales environments, and thrives working across commercial and scientific domains.
This role is structured to grow with the company and take on increased commercial and leadership responsibility over time.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🧠 Go-to-Market & Customer Experience- Develop GTM strategies by crop and geography, tailored to decision hierarchies and local dynamics
- Define, test, and refine Beeflow’s value propositions with Sales, Field Development, and R&D
- Lead the design and execution of the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring clarity, consistency, and value
- Embed service delivery excellence as a core element of Beeflow’s brand
- Own Beeflow’s global brand narrative and visual identity
- Build commercial materials and content (decks, field case studies, product guides) aligned with grower needs
- Be the internal expert in CRM and funnel performance management—driving lead conversion, campaign ROI, and pipeline visibility
- Oversee digital marketing (web, email, social) and localize for each market
- Build and manage the global marketing budget, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and strategy
- Lead agency management and internal resource planning to ensure on-time, on-brand execution
- Act as Beeflow’s spokesperson at trade shows, grower events, field demos, and media appearances
- Travel regularly (30–50%) to support on-farm activations, collect stories, and deepen customer relationships
- Build relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and event organizers
- Align closely with the CEO, Country Managers, Sales, R&D, and Operations
- Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategic messaging and positioning

Requirements- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications roles, ideally within dynamic or mission-driven organizations
- Strong ability to build value propositions, craft customer-centric messaging, and manage content strategy across channels
- Proven track record leading marketing projects end-to-end: from creative development to execution, coordinating internal teams and external agencies
- Advanced expertise in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for narrative and clarity
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to partner with Product and Commercial teams to align messaging and timing
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel internationally up to 20–30% of the time, or based in a key market for local presence
- Background or familiarity with agriculture, sustainability, or science-based industries (not required – willingness to learn is valued)
- Experience working with agencies, designers, and content creators
- Experience building or mentoring small teams
- Passion for helping nature and technology work better together in agriculture
- Fluent in Portuguese
