Job Overview:We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to handle both inbound and outbound sales for US-based clients. This role demands a high-performing sales person who thrives in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
You will be responsible for executing full-cycle sales strategies—including high-volume outreach, relationship building, and deal closure—while leveraging your expertise to drive business growth. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage potential and existing clients.
Follow up on warm leads, referrals, and marketing-generated inquiries.
Research and identify business opportunities in the US market.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
Conduct effective product/service presentations tailored to client needs.
Communicate value propositions clearly and confidently to decision-makers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Ensure a high level of client engagement and satisfaction.
Analyze competitor activity, industry trends, and client behavior.
Provide actionable insights to enhance sales strategies.
Participate in regular coaching and training sessions to refine skills.
Share insights and suggestions to support team performance and growth.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and progress.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4+ years of proven success in B2B and B2C sales, with direct experience serving US-based clients.
Demonstrated success in high-volume outreach (80+ calls/day) and closing complex deals.Experience in SaaS, BPO, or telesales for the US market.
Exceptional adaptability to fast-changing priorities and evolving client requirements.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
High adaptability and resourcefulness in a remote setup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required).
Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven approach to sales success.
Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, operations, customer success)Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working remotely and adhering to US time zones.
