Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will help drive revenue growth by managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals. In this role, you won’t just sell a product, you’ll build trusted relationships with small business owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing inbound leads and moving opportunities through the full sales pipeline.
  • Contacting new leads quickly and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs and operational challenges.
  • Delivering product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of the platform.
  • Qualifying prospects to determine whether they are a strong fit for the solution.
  • Closing deals and converting qualified prospects into paying customers.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and deal tracking in the CRM.
  • Collaborating with leadership and team members to improve the sales process and support company growth.
Requirements
  • C1 English or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a closing role in sales, preferably in SaaS or software environments.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals independently.
  • Experience selling contracts with AOV between $2,000–$30,000.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.
  • Ability to conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities.
  • A self-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline and motivation to close deals.
  • Bonus if you have experience selling into field service, home services, or similar industries.
Benefits

  • Compensation: $2,000 to $3,000 USD monthly base + commission.
  • PTO: 10 days paid vacation + local holidays + 2 sick days
