This role will support the organization's digital transformation by bridging business needs and technology - designing, implementing, and managing IT solutions that improve processes and strategic outcomes, while acting as a trusted advisor, change catalyst, and IT&D portfolio champion."
Accountabilities- Innovation & Change - Foster a culture of innovation, identify improvement opportunities, and turn ideas into actionable plans.
- Technology Consulting - Advise on technology to enhance business processes, staying current with trends and conducting landscape assessments.
- Solution Architecture & Project Management - Design scalable digital solutions and oversee end-to-end delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
- IT&D Portfolio - Lead regional/global portfolio initiatives, shaping IT strategies and roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
- Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field; 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, ideally with exposure to commercial, finance, or P&S processes.
- Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical teams - translating requirements into clear, actionable inputs for developers.
- Familiarity with SAP (SD desirable) and/or Salesforce (SFDC); knowledge of other CRM or ERP platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments (sprint-based delivery).
- Open to digital transformation and AI tools - curiosity and willingness to learn is valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - this role is highly people-facing, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams across the region.
- Advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
