About the Role
We’re hiring a Media Buyer (Meta & TikTok) who will be at the center of our digital growth strategy. This is a mid-level role where you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that drive measurable results.You will be hands-on with campaign management, but also collaborative with our creative and leadership teams to ensure our ads resonate with audiences across multiple European markets.
The Media Buyer will play a crucial role in scaling Numeris’ online presence, ensuring our ads not only deliver profitable returns but also embody the premium aesthetic and ethos of the brand. You’ll need to bring a balance of data-driven thinking, creative testing, and strategic execution.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing who wants to grow within a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
Mission Statement
The primary mission of our Media Buyer is to scale Numeris’ presence across Meta and TikTok, ensuring campaigns are optimized for conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), and long-term brand growth. You will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, turning creative ideas into scalable ads, and driving measurable results that directly impact revenue.
General Responsibilities
The responsibilities of our Media Buyer include the following:
- Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Implement structured testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and placements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad concepts (UGC, short-form video, lifestyle content, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of EU/UK advertising regulations, platform policies, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
- Research emerging advertising trends and competitor activity, applying insights to improve performance.
- Maintain an experimental, growth-oriented mindset, always seeking opportunities to scale profitably.

As our Media Buyer, you are a performance-driven marketer with a proven track record in e-commerce growth. 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok platforms.Understanding the nuances of scaling across European markets, from compliance and policies to cultural audience differences, you tailor campaigns accordingly.
Having the ability to combine analytical precision with creative curiosity. By reading numbers and interpreting them, you turn data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth. Comfortable setting up structured testing frameworks, identifying winning creatives, and scaling them methodically.At the same time, have the finesse to collaborate closely with creative teams, ensuring content is not only optimized for performance but also aligned with Numeris’ premium, design-led aesthetic.
Exhibiting high familiarity with the broader e-commerce stack, particularly Shopify and GA4, and while not mandatory, exposure to attribution platforms like Triple Whale or Northbeam is a welcome advantage. Above all, you’re a self-starter - proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team environment where every campaign directly impacts business outcomes.Strong English communication skills are essential for collaboration, communication, clarity, efficiency, and reporting.
