We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in boosting brand awareness and driving the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new prospects. You’ll tackle exciting challenges as you engage with potential clients, laying the foundation for long-term growth.If you excel at building meaningful connections and are eager to play a key role in expanding our customer base, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate a high volume of sales leads through various channels, including email campaigns, Facebook and Twitter advertising, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads by gathering detailed information, such as contact details, company size, and business needs.
- Update the CRM system with all relevant information regarding the lead, including their interest, company details, and interaction history.
- Perform deep research using online tools, databases, and other resources to identify high-potential industries and companies.
- Identify potential leads by researching relevant industries that align with Cybele Tech’s offerings.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel by educating them about our products and services, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct outreach to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to establish relationships and drive lead generation.
- Continuously refine your knowledge of our products and services to effectively convey their value to prospects.
- Analyze and identify which channels are driving lead generation to optimize and focus efforts on the most effective sources.
- Collaborate with the sales team by ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads and providing the necessary details to drive successful deal closures.

Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a Sales, Account Manager, or SDR role, preferably within the software industry.
- Advanced/native English proficiency is essential
- Strong understanding of remote access solutions and competitive products to effectively communicate our advantages.
- Solid knowledge of sales processes and B2B dynamics, including experience with CRM systems such as Zoho.
- Familiarity with email marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Extensive familiarity with the technology industry and software as a service (SaaS) products is an advantage.
- Experience in marketing and sales, particularly in outreach and campaign execution (desirable)
