We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Remote Travel Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support travelers throughout the planning and pre-departure process, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and excited about their upcoming trips.

You will serve as a trusted point of contact, providing guidance, resolving questions, and helping create a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
Review travel itineraries with clients and assist in confirming trip details
Provide accurate, up-to-date information on destinations, travel requirements, and best practices
Conduct pre-departure check-ins to ensure clients are fully prepared for their trips
Respond to inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues when appropriate
Maintain clear and organized records of client interactions

Comfortable navigating digital tools and remote work platforms
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
