The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive with perfect English and Spanish who has experience as an Account Executive at an agency, selling professional services or consulting. This role is about meaningful conversations, understanding client needs, and identifying genuine opportunities—not quotas.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Conduct thoughtful conversations to understand client pain points.
  • Own the entire sales cycle: from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Manage pipeline effectively using Close CRM.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handoff to the customer success or implementation team.
  • Communicate clearly via email, Loom, Slack, and video calls.
  • Continuously improve our sales approach and messaging.

Requirements
  • Fluent (C1+) English and Spanish communication skills.
  • 2+ years experience as an Account Executive at an agency, specifically in professional services or consulting.
  • Proven ability to quickly build rapport and trust with prospects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Interest or knowledge in technology and AI is beneficial.
  • Bonus if you’ve touched tools like Bubble, Airtable, Supabase, n8n, or Make — or if you’re a dev
